I retired from government service in 2009. Presently, I am Vice President for Program Development, Our Lady of Fatima University, Philippines. I also sit in the governing boards of three other HEIs.rnrnExperience in Institutional and program audit, quality assurance: I was Director-in-Charge of the IQuAME Program of CHED involved in the assessment of HEIs in their entirety as differentiated from accreditation of programs. As Director, I also supervise the training of IQuAME assessors who are later assigned to conduct institutional audit.
