QUALITY ASSURANCE EXPERIENCE

I have over 20 year’s experiences in quality assurance, programme assessment, institutional audit and Accreditation exercises. My duties at the Commission include verification of academic resources of proposed universities for purposes of accreditation and licensing. I have also been involved in the periodic external audit of institutions and programmes in Kenya. In October and December 2014 I was selected as an expert by the African Union to validate the African Rating Quality Mechanism at two universities in Africa that is Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia and Botho University in Botswana.
