Institutional Member Criteria:
Measure: Institutional Members are institutions of higher education in the region that are in good standing with the relevant quality assurance agency if one exists.

Proof of recognition as a Higher Education Institution: The MGM University Act XXVI of 2019 was passed by the Government of Maharashtra's Legislative Assembly and council it was notifying after the consent of His Excellency the Governor of Maharashtra and was published in the Government of Maharashtra Gazette on the 23rd July, 2019. The MGM University Act XXVI of 2019 came into force from 20th August, 2019. Then Government of Maharashtra appointed the 9th September, 2019 as the date on which MGM University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India became operational. (Act copy attached)
