Who are UK NARIC?
UK NARIC is the UK?s National Agency responsible for providing information, advice and expert opinion on vocational, academic and professional qualifications from over 180 countries worldwide. As the National Agency, managed on behalf of the UK Government, under contract to the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills, UK NARIC provides the only official source of information on international education and training systems and wide-ranging international qualifications and skills attained from outside the UK.
UK NARIC also plays a key role in research, consultancy and training in the international education and qualification standards arena.
The UK leads the world in its recognition and consistent understanding of overseas qualifications. This is due, in no small part, to the work UK NARIC. Their understanding of qualifications, education systems and skills internationally is second to none and the comparisons they provide and the clear way in which they present the information means that organisations throughout the UK can make an informed opinion when considering the benefits that individuals from overseas can bring to the UK.
