VII Digital Certificates and Papers
In order to make the conference as aligned to the theme as possible, we will issue digital certificates to all delegates (instead of lanyards) for recognition of participants. Participants will need to show your digital certs (with a QR Code) for entry. You can also access the digital certificates as a memento (and this can be accessed anywhere you are perpetual).
All papers and PowerPoint presentations will also be via softcopies and made available on the APQN 2020 official website fully accessible via laptops and or mobile devices and tablets. These digital copies can then be sent and kept by participants on a perpetual basis.
Should any delegates need hardcopies, we could print it for them at a service fee of USD 30. This fee will be paid up front together with conference fees and cover all printing related to conference paper and proceedings. The fee is to encourage delegates to go digital.
We believe in a paperless system in all workflows, as it not only saves costs and resources, but most importantly it contributes as part of being a “green” organization to protect the global environment.
