The APQN Constitution describes in articles 12 to 24 the different membership categories (Full Member, Intermediate Member, Associate Member, Institutional Member and and Individual Member)) and the essentials of the procedure to become member.

4 | Institutional members | Institutional Members are the higher education institutions (HEIs) in the region that conduct internal QA and in good standing with the relevant QAAs. |

Meanwhile, APQN accepts as Observers organizations outside the Asia-Pacific region (Read 1.2).
