APQN Board member: Vicheanon KHIEU (Co-opted)
Vicheanon KHIEU is currently the Deputy Secretary General of the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia, an Executive Member of the ASEAN Quality Assurance Network, a board member of Cambodian Non-governmental Organization Good Practice and a founding member of Cambodia Think Tank (CTT). KHIEU graduated his Master of Public Policy from University Brunei Darussalam of Brunei in 2002. He has more 10 years of experience in planning, implementation and monitoring of United Nations (UNESCO and UNFPA) funded programs on education and advocacy in sexual and reproductive health, and gender as well as policy dialogues and more than three years of experience in research in social sector and evaluation of development projects and programs.
